The Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC) is a group of industry stakeholders, including companies, organizations, and other entities that work together to support and strengthen the defense industrial base of the United States. The consortium’s primary goal is to foster collaboration between the government, military, and private sector to develop and deliver advanced technologies and capabilities needed for national security and defense.
